Hey all! I’m Luna – an experienced technical artist with equal parts engineering and artistic background, with 8 years of industry experience spanning indie, AA, and AAA titles. I act as the glue between disciplines; with a deep understanding of the art pipeline, graphics engineering, tools programming, and procedural generation. Additionally they are trained in 2D & 3D art, and happily utilise whatever skills are required to solve the current problem!
I’m no stranger to optimization – whether it be optimizing from the content and DCC side, or getting hands-on optimizing game code & heavy profiling.
I’ve been working with Unreal Engine for over a decade, and have a deep understanding of the engine, complimented by my extensive C++ knowledge which blurs the line between programmer & artist.
I am currently the CEO & Technical Art Director @ Blueshift Interactive.
I worked as a Lead Technical Artist @ MPG (Improbable), Technical Artist @ Sumo Digital, and I did various contracts before this time.
